Every Lovevaultgoods item is made to order, printed or stitched just for you after you buy it. Because of that, we cannot accept returns for a simple change of mind the way a regular store can. Please check sizes, colors and designs carefully before you order.

That said, if we got it wrong, we will make it right:

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing problem, we will replace it or refund you.
• If we sent the wrong item, the wrong size, or the wrong design, we will replace it or refund you.
